As the 2017-2018 academic year comes to a close, we would like to express how proud we are of the accomplishments, successes and responses to set backs of our Momilani students. These have been made possible with support from our Momilani families and through the dedication of our school staff, who work relentlessly to provide our little Eagles opportunities to experience, grow, and learn.

Family Fun Night

On behalf of the Hui O Momilani officers and the Family Fun Night Planning Committee, from the very bottom of our hearts, MAHALO NUI LOA to everyone for a successful Family Fun Night. In attendance was over 820 Momilani students and family members with approximately 140 parent and student volunteers. Graduating Momilani

Service Group Field Trip

May 21, 2018


Did you know that Momilani has service groups that has a bunch of service groups. Well, there people in these groups will go on a special field trip to Ice Palace. There the students will spend time with their friends and enjoy themselves.  They all are going to miss some class to celebrate them, but the teachers approved them because (most) are good kids...



Charity Walk

May 19, 2018


For the second year in a row, Momilani Elementary participated in the Annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk! We were able to raise $2,332.68 for the Hui, Momilani School’s PTSO! About 40 walkers grouped together to traverse the 5.2 mile walk through Waikiki. The walkers were treated to foods and drinks along the way...




KS EdTech Conference

June 5-6, 2018


While everyone else was busy finishing up the school year, closing up the classrooms, and preparing for summer, AveryH, JolieM, and NicoleT were preparing with Mr. Asselstine to present at the Kamehameha Ed Tech Conference: Disrupt 2018! On June 5th and June 6th, the team from Momilani travelled down to the Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu...

Medication Storage

If a student needs to store/carry medication for Sever allergy, Asthma, or daily meds for ADHD etc. in school during this school year, please go to the office to get form(SH36) . Fill out the form and get approved. This form must be renewed yearly.

NO medications are allowed in school without this form.


Peanut/Nut Free School

Please remember that at Momilani we have students with severe allergies to nuts, so we are a nut free school!
